Facing up to a bright future!

One of the Midlands' most established marketing agencies has seen a huge success in its recruitment of its new team and subsequent client wins.

Dave Lawrence founder and Chairman of M3 Communications based in Albrighton on the West Midlands and Shropshire border said that the strategy of recruiting senior personnel across client services and creative has already paid dividends.

"We know that the marketing sector is changing rapidly and realise that we really need to have an offering in place to meet all our clients needs. The message from client-side has been clear. Agencies need to be able to demonstrate that every pound spent on marketing has achieved a clear return. In addition, strategies need to cover both online and offline activity which are increasingly becoming one in the clients budgets."

With this in mind M3 acquired a digital agency which has grown this part of the business by over 300% in the last 12 months; a mixture of organic and new business growth.

Glen Pawson, Digital Director for M3, said:

A new award-winning creative partnership has also been created with the recruitment of Mark Higgin and Justin Griffiths. Subsequently M3 has enjoyed 5 new client wins in the space of just 6 weeks; a success that can also be attributed to the appointment of Nick Lovett who joins M3 as Head of Client Services.

Dave Lawrence further commented:

He brings a wealth of experience in both business development and all-round agency experience. Recent project wins include work for TC Harrison group, Walsall College, Kidderminster College, Nexus and Malvern Tyres. M3 have also won a coveted place on the roster for the brewer Marstons.
