M3 Communications are recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist

M3 Communications is a well established full service advertising agency based on the West Midlands/Shropshire border. Due to recent client wins we are currently looking to recruit a digital marketing specialist. Motivation and self-discipline are essential for this role in our busy digital client services department. You'll be familiar with SEO implementation, link-building, PPC campaign set-up & management, affiliate marketing & Google analytics & you'll have an enthusiastic knowledge of social media and how it can be exploited, constantly keeping abreast of industry innovation and changes. You will also have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge/Experience

The successful candidate will be able to plan, execute and report on the following digital functions.

• Linking analysis / keyword research
• Competitive benchmarking Content writing for search
• Research, reporting and analysis
• Analysis/websites audits in order ensure fully up to date and competitive search rank
• Objective led SEO solutions both strategy/definition and implementation
• Intelligent link building activities
• PPC campaign set up and management
• Development of digital marketing strategy
• Affiliate marketing
• Email campaigns
• Google analytics knowledge
• HTML skills a bonus but not essential
